Fully Roasted Pig $5.99 per pound
We will roast a hog for you supplied by us for your event. Considering
the amount of shrink (cooking loss, bones, etc.) on a hog you
must plan on one pound of before cooked weight whole hog for
each guest that will eat. Carving the hog is available at an
additional charge of $40.00 per hour with a one-hour minimum
(it takes approximately an hour from start to finish to carve
a 100-pound pig).
Complete table service consists of 9" disposable plates,
paper napkins, plastic eating utensils, appropriate serving
utensils and salt and pepper. We also have a wide variety of
hot and cold side dishes to choose from. Market prices will
sometimes affect menu prices. Thank you for considering our
